About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Barista who can serve up smiles along with high-quality coffee and beverages. You’ll be working in a lively playland environment catering to parents and carers while kids enjoy the play area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso coffee, tea, and cold beverages
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist with stock rotation and supply management
- Welcome guests and manage check-in process
- Operate POS systems for admissions and café orders
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills

About the Role:
We’re seeking enthusiastic and energetic Front of House team members to be the face of Chipmunks. You’ll greet families, assist with admissions, and help keep the playland running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:–
- Welcome guests and manage check-in process
- Operate POS systems for admissions and café orders
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of front-of-house and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor issues
- Support café, party, and playland operations as needed
- Host and coordinate birthday parties from start to finish
- Lead games and entertainment in a fun and engaging way
- Set up and clean party rooms before and after use
- Serve food and drinks to party guests
- Ensure children’s safety and fun throughout the party
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, friendly, and energetic personality
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Availability on weekends and school holidays is essential

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Supervisor to lead by example and help manage day-to-day operations. This includes supervising team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards.

- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and efficient Back of House Staff to support the daily operations of Chipmunks Playland behind the scenes. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of the venue, maintaining hygiene, safety, and stock levels so our Front of House team and guests can have the best experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with kitchen prep and cleaning duties
- Wash dishes and sanitise equipment according to food safety standards
- Restock supplies (cups, plates, napkins, party items, etc.)
- Manage waste and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas
- Follow all workplace health and safety and food handling regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene practices
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
- Availability on weekends and school holidays is a must
- valid food handling certificate is a bonus
