These spring school holidays explore Sydney’s fascinating history through fun and unique experiences across Museums of History NSW sites. Visit Elizabeth Farm and Vaucluse House for History Kids in the Garden where kids can get hands-on in the garden and learn about how gardens were used in the past! A tactile and sensory session, Accessible History Kids is also available at Elizabeth Farm this Friday. During the second week of the school holidays enjoy yarn-spinning workshops by Gumbaynggirr textile artist Sancia Ridgeway at the Museum of Sydney. Explore Macquarie Street with a fun day out at the Hyde Park Barracks Family Fun Day on Friday 10 October, then don’t miss the festive Susannah Place Street Party in the heart of the Rocks on Saturday 11 October.
