Bellbird Dining is set in the Liverpool Powerhouse art gallery, meaning not only do you get a great meal but you to experience the local talent after.
Chef Federico is a true artist in the kitchen. Everything he creates not only looks stunning but tastes incredible too. We got to enjoy the 7-course degustation, and every dish was perfectly curated and bursting with flavour. Bellbird’s 7-course degustation is among the most affordable in Sydney with great value and even better taste.
The scallops were warm and seared just right, and the confit chicken wings had a crispy skin with mouthwatering flavour in every bite.
And let’s talk drinks — you seriously can’t go wrong here. From classic cocktails to signature creations, the drink menu is just as impressive as the food. If you’re doing the degustation, there’s also a wine pairing option to match each course — and we’re already planning our return to try it!
