Ed’s Winterfest is back this August
Looking for the ultimate winter family adventure without leaving town? Ed.Square’s Winterfest is the place to be this weekend – it’s fun, free, and full of frosty magic for all ages!
Friday August 1 – Grand Opening Evening Commencing 5:30pm – 8:30pm
- Fire Dancer & Hoola Hoop performance ( this is the first time we are having fire dancing at Ed!) – Fire dancer performance and hoola hoop acts will run from approx. 5:30pm pm – 7pm ( alternating, approx. 10 mins per act with short breaks in-between, Eat St Courtyard
- Snow Machine – activated for opening evening only, located at Eat Street courtyard
- Free Candy Floss – stand on Eat Street
- Glow In Dark Face painting station – Eat St
- Roaming entertainment – Light up Gold Duo on Stilts
- Surprise & Delight Free hot chocolate vouchers for 200 lucky customers from Meet & Eat
Saturday, August 2
- Kids FREE movie at EVENT Cinemas – Facilitated by Stay & Play — Movie: How To Train Yor Dragon, commencing at 6pm
- Nick Fury Roaming Magician Act – 530pm – 8:30pm
Sunday, August 3
- Glow in Dark Face Painting on Eat St 5:30pm – 8:30pm
- Winterfest Mini Treasure Hunt 5:30pm – 8:30pm Kids will collect a Mini Treasure Hunt Map from promo cart on Eat St and will be required to find three Winterfest cutout stands placed at 3 centre retailers. When they find them retailers will stamp their map. Upon getting all three stamps kids go back to promo booth to collect their prize – a giant Winterfest lolly pop
