Early Childhood art classes-Claremont Meadows
Join us for our weekly art classes. Classes are one hour and are differentiated to the skills and interests of the children whilst following the principles of art therapy. Children will learn through hands on activities, exploring a range of different mediums, learning techniques, visual elements and colour theory. They will also be shown artworks for inspiration and learn about artists.
Children will learn through play, following early childhood developmental principles. Each week, I provide a range of art experiences that include the main artforms including painting, drawing and sculpture. I also had in an element of process art and something that reflects our current students interests.
Classes will run throughout the school terms with a commitment to a five week cycle ($75 every 5 weeks). Sunflower Artistic Studios understands family life and how quickly children's routines change from week to week. This is why I have made our early childhood classes a 5 week commitment at a time, rather then the full 10 week term, we follow for our primary students. Children are welcome to continue onto the next 5 week cycle and those already enrolled will have priority.
