FESTIVAL OF DEMOCRACY
As part of the Macquarie Street Adventure, NSW Parliament is presenting the Festival of Democracy, a free school holiday program for children aged 5–12 and their families. A day of interactive, hands-on experiences that introduce young people to how democracy works. Visitors get access to the historic parliamentary chambers, creative workshops, voting activities, mock committee role play and a historical reenactment of the signing of the Magna Carta.
