Digital Marketing Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Track performance and use data to evolve what works.
  • Manage Facebook /Instagram/Tik Tok posts and engagement
  • Editing videos on Capcut (bonus points if you love a good trending sound).
  • Writing, editing, and uploading articles, event listings, EDM’s and SEO content
  • Assisting with website maintenance, including updating pages, adding events, formatting content, and ensuring links and images are correct.
  • Supporting content editing and proofreading across all platforms (social, website, newsletter).
  • Writing engaging copy for social posts, ads, website articles, and EDMs
  • Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing, social media, and Western Sydney community trends.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills — able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A creative, community-driven mindset
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Word Press/Canva & all social media platforms
  • Confidence working autonomously and collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team.
  • A genuine interest in Western Sydney’s local community, lifestyle, and everything fun in Western Sydney
  • Contractor Position. You will need to have your own ABN
  • 2 days – 9am – 5pm
  • Erskine Park Office
