Opening October 2026 on Charles Street, in the Home Parramatta precinct, a short walk from the ferry, light rail and train. Two Finnish saunas, three infrared saunas, six ice baths and a steam room. It’s basically a reset button for anyone running on broken sleep. Founding memberships are already discounted, so worth getting in early.

This one’s basically made for our audience. It’s a women only strength, conditioning and Reformer Pilates studio built around pregnancy, postnatal recovery and everything after.
