BURRAMATTA NAIDOC 2026
Bring the family to Burramatta NAIDOC Day — a free outdoor event celebrating First Nations culture right in the heart of Parramatta.
Part of the wider Warami festival (a Dharug word meaning “good to see you”), this year’s theme is “50 Years of Deadly,” marking five decades of NAIDOC Week celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, culture and achievements.
- What’s on:
- Live music from Dobby, Stiff Gins, Akala Newman and Cooee on the 50 Years of Deadly Stage
- Dance performances and cultural workshops
- Market stalls selling art, fashion, jewellery and more
- Food and drink stalls
A great chance for kids to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture through music, dance, art and storytelling — and it’s completely free.
Date: Saturday 11 July 2026
