Eat Drink Nights Bankstown is back. It’s on the second Saturday of every month at Paul Keating Reserve, with a solid lineup of food trucks and stalls covering everything from Lebanese pizza to Wagyu kebabs. This month’s lineup includes AMI Pizza with man’oushe za’atar, lahm bi ajin and cheese manakish, Indobites serving charcoal Indonesian satay, pastel and hokkien noodles, a Cheesy Ramen Omelette stall with crispy ramen, egg and melted cheese, WB Project for Wagyu kebabs and rice bowls, Radici Napoletane for authentic pizza napoletana, Qwenched Australia with tamarind, orange blossom and lemon-mint mocktails, Date Drip serving date-sweetened iced coffee and matcha, and Lucalicious with live rocky road cups, including a Dubai pistachio version. It’s on Saturday 12 September from 5pm to 9pm at Paul Keating Reserve, Bankstown.
