I’m Bek, founder of Brightside Buyers. A buyer’s agency based in Dundas, servicing families across Parramatta, the Hills and Ryde.

I started the business on maternity leave eighteen months ago, after buying property both with and without a buyer’s agent and seeing the difference firsthand. Without one, I was anxious and second-guessing every decision. With one, the whole process felt manageable. That gap is the reason Brightside exists.

I work exclusively for the buyer. I never represent vendors. My job is to find the right property, negotiate it well, and make sure my clients don’t overpay or buy a problem they can’t see.

I’m a Western Sydney local, born and raised in West Pennant Hills, now raising my own family in Dundas. I work with first home buyers, growing families, upsizers, downsizers and relocators. Most of my clients are families who want their weekends back and someone properly in their corner.

Fee structure: $15,000 inc GST, structured as 50% on engagement, 50% on unconditional contract exchange. Higher-value purchases may use a percentage-based structure.

Typical timeline: Most clients are in a property within 6-12 weeks, depending on brief and market.
