Purpose of the Role
The Casual Staff member is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales and working with a small team at our Liverpool Fashion Spree store.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
•Deliver an exceptional, personalised, and on-brand shopping experience for every customer.
•Act as a brand ambassador for The Kindred Co, with a focus on women’s fashion and styling advice.
•Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
•Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment that reflects the values of The Kindred Co.
Sales & Commercial Performance
•Drive store performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and KPI targets.
Store Operations
•Deliver an exceptional, personalised, and on-brand shopping experience for every customer.
Uphold store presentation standards, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging retail environment.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
Essential
•Proven experience in a role within fashion retail.
•A genuine passion for women’s fashion, styling, and customer service.
•Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
•High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Exposure to reporting tools and retail management systems (POS, rostering, stock management).
