Blacktown City Council has approved a brand-new all-ways roundabout off Jersey Road, giving Plumpton Central the direct access it’s always needed — and the green light to become one of Western Sydney’s most exciting retail destinations.
You might know this site as Plumpton Gardens. It’s been rebranded as Plumpton Central — and for good reason. This isn’t just a shopping centre refresh. It’s set to be a full sub-regional retail hub, the first of its kind built in Sydney in over 20 years.
